are the intellectual property of AlphaGen unless otherwise stated.

Users may not:

• Copy or redistribute paid content
• Resell platform outputs
• Reverse engineer systems or models
• Share account access with others
• Reproduce or republish proprietary materials without permission

Unauthorized distribution or misuse of platform content may result in account termination and legal action where applicable.

7. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaGen and its owners, affiliates, contributors, or partners shall not be liable for investment or trading losses, missed opportunities, data inaccuracies or delays, technical interruptions, service downtime, or indirect or consequential damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. Use of AlphaGen is entirely at the user's own discretion and risk.

10. Market Risk Acknowledgment

By using AlphaGen, users acknowledge that:

• Financial markets are volatile and unpredictable
• Signals and models may not always perform as expected
• Market conditions can rapidly change
• No analytical framework can guarantee profits or eliminate risk

Users accept full responsibility for their financial decisions and trading activities.
