AlphaGen in ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini

Connect the AI app you already use to AlphaGen, and ask about any PSX company or your own portfolio. Answers come from AlphaGen's latest published data.

Connect

Every app asks for the same address:

You sign in with your AlphaGen account, and AlphaGen asks what the app may do before anything is shared. Don't have an account? Create one free.

Claude

  1. In Claude, open Customize → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
  2. Name it AlphaGen, paste the address above and choose Add.
  3. Choose Connect, sign in with your AlphaGen account and choose Allow.
  4. In a chat, open + → Connectors and switch AlphaGen on.

Works on Claude Free, Pro and Max. On Team and Enterprise, an owner adds AlphaGen under Organization settings → Connectors.

ChatGPT

  1. On chatgpt.com, open Settings → Security and login and turn on Developer mode.
  2. Still in Settings, add a new app. Paste the address above and choose OAuth if asked.
  3. Sign in with your AlphaGen account and choose Allow.
  4. In a new chat, turn on AlphaGen from the tools menu and ask your question.

Developer mode is available on ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu, on the web.

Gemini

  1. On gemini.google.com, open Settings & help → Connected apps.
  2. Add a custom app and paste the address above. Leave Client ID and Client secret empty.
  3. Choose Next, sign in with your AlphaGen account and choose Allow.

Gemini's custom apps are new and may not be available in every country yet.

What it can do

  • Prices, AlphaGen scores and signals for every PSX company AlphaGen covers.
  • Quarterly and annual financial statements, fair values, analyst targets and dividends.
  • Screens and rankings across the market, sector comparisons and the market regime.
  • Your own portfolios and watchlists: buy prices, profit and loss, realised gains, return against the KSE-100, dividends received and due.
  • If you allow it, recording the buys, sells, cash and dividends you tell it about.

  • “Using AlphaGen, which ten companies have the highest composite score?”
  • “Compare Lucky Cement and D.G. Khan Cement on margins over the last four quarters.”
  • “What does AlphaGen show for OGDC's latest quarter and fair value?”
  • “Summarise my AlphaGen portfolio by sector.”
  • “Which dividends am I due from my holdings?”
  • “I bought 100 LUCK at 400 today; add it to my portfolio.”

Permissions

When you connect, AlphaGen shows each permission as its own switch:

  • Market data and research: always included.
  • Your portfolios and watchlists: on by default; you can turn it off.
  • Add and sell holdings: off until you turn it on.
  • Manage records: cash, dividends, corrections and watchlist names. Off until you turn it on.

AlphaGen never places orders with a broker or moves money. Resetting or deleting a portfolio stays inside AlphaGen. You can disconnect an app at any time from AlphaGen's Integrations page or Settings; remove AlphaGen from the app as well.

Plans and limits

Free and Starter include a set number of questions every 10 days; Core is unlimited. One question, or one change to your portfolio, counts as one request. See pricing for the plans.

Your AI app writes the answers, not AlphaGen. Check figures on AlphaGen before relying on them. AlphaGen provides research data, not personal investment advice.

Privacy and support

AlphaGen sends the app only what it asks for within the permissions you chose. What the app reads becomes part of your chat there and follows that app's own privacy terms. Read how AlphaGen handles this in the privacy policy.
